Picture this. You step onto the wide veranda of the Homestead, sunlight glancing off ancient bluestone and aged timber. Ahead, lawns stretch out, framed by gums and open sky. To one side, the Woolshed stands—rustic beams, crackling fireplace, star-like lights above. This isn’t just a venue. It’s a place with character, layered in history, waiting for your story.
As you wander, our team will be available for a chat afterwards, if you wish. The property operates with our Catering Team at Epicurean Group, You will be free to roam on you’re own while you’re there.
The beauty of Emu Bottom is in the duality: location and ease. A genuine slice of the country, yet so close. Heritage building, sweeping lawns, old-world charm — paired with thoughtful planning, modern catering and a team who know this place inside-out. It means when your wedding day arrives, you’re not juggling logistics or worrying about flow. You’re simply there, with your loved ones, living the moment.
Emu Bottom brings the setting. The Epicurean Group brings the food and drinks.
And you bring your story. After that call, you’re free to roam. Explore the ceremony lawns, peek into the reception rooms, wander out to the edges of the property and imagine the garden lights coming on as dusk falls.
These tours are more than “site visits.” They’re the first pages of your wedding story. Because when you walk a place, you don’t just see beams and gardens — you feel the possibility. You can hear laughter in the lawns. You can taste that first shared plate under the trees. You can feel how easy it would be. Bring someone who knows you well, or bring everyone you love. Let the place speak, let your story start.
