Out team of Chefs will prepare your authentic bush tucker of Barramundi, Crocodile steak, Kangaroo fillet and Spit Roast Lamb, enjoyed in the atmospheric surrounds of  the estate's original 1850's red gum Woolshed.     

Music, Dance and Fine Wine will accompany you through your Taste of Australia experience courtesy of our Australian Bush Band whilst you join in the revelry of a game of 2 up with friends and colleagues.
